We spent 1 night in a double room on the balcony. Greatly enjoyed that we had climate control, a laptop-compatible safe, and flat-screen television.

The location is very special and the best in the center of everything. There is Azura minute walk from the hotel, had dinner there. Its rooms are big size and fairly quiet with a jacuzzi, the balcony, a hot tub for a perfect 10/10 stay.

Great location right next to a lively market with restaurants and bars. Easy access to the old part of the city and the train station. The hotel had a nice lobby with complimentary water, tea, and coffee. They also provided free seltzer, alcoholic beverages, and chocolates in the rooms, which was a nice touch.
Limited staff, causing long check-in times. Some guests complained about cleanliness issues.

Such wonderful stay, as always. Wonderful, cool hotel with welcoming staff. Amazing and fresh meals. Beautiful, fantastic room provided with a hot tub, jacuzzi and snacks.

We had an amazing stay at Brown Hotel! The hotel had a modern design and was spotlessly clean. We received a warm welcome at reception and even got an upgrade. The rooms were cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff, especially Hadas, were kind and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the old city and public transport. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Lyon, one of the recommended restaurants nearby. The shower had great hot water, which was a pleasant surprise in Jerusalem. a beautiful hotel with great service.

The hotel's location was great and amazing, close to the public transport with a market and stores within walking distance. Also, an urban garden was 2 miles away from the property.
My bed was too hard, unfortunately.
